★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got Geoworks to do a boundary to dwelling confirmation. They were a little slow getting it done due to being busy, but that I can accept. After getting the invoice, I was also disappointed with the lack of evidence they did anything (no usable report, pictures etc) until I pushed for something tangible, which took a few tries. But more importantly, I was told "we'll do it for $1500" on the phone, but when the bill arrived it had additional charges! As the original price quoted was verbal and the contract had a clause providing for extra costs, there is little I could do. If you have to use Geoworks, make sure what they tell you is what they provide for in the contract! So for my experience, they have not been honest, and have not provided what I expected, especially given the cost!
