★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No after hours line to report fault. Our bottles switched over as one ran out but when we went to use the hot water and heating through house it wouldn’t work. After a long days work and with 3 babies we couldn’t cook, shower, or get the house warm. So disappointed. There was no response even though I emailed, messaged on texts and called a mobile number. The 0800 number doesn’t nothing. We will be changing services and informing others around us and for this.
