About Getitsorted Health and Fitness
I'm Greg but most people call me Grego.
Up until June 2020, I was the longest-serving team member at a local gym but with the support of friends and family, made the choice to enhance my career and work from a private studio. I was extremely constricted in the gym environment, and due to my profile in the community, was approached by members of other gyms and people who don't like gyms, to train them.
My wife, Sandy and I have two young children, Kaden and Lily. I also have a son, Peter who has two boys so I am a Grandad (G-Dad!). I am a qualified chef, worked 16 years in IT before studying in massage to then move into my calling; becoming a Personal Trainer in 2011.
Having spent most of my life training in gyms, I focus on all aspects of health and fitness; fat loss, strength, muscle building/toning, rehabilitation, especially corrective exercise.
I am privileged to train some of the strongest ladies in Napier and enjoy empowering women to be strong.
I even have equipment and a creche area for your children to train or be kept busy while you train.

Has allowed me to know that I'm heading in the right direction even if it sometimes feels that I'm not....certainly better than gauging by my weight!!
