★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot recommend this company, having received such sub-standard service! Had to pay a set-up fee (1st accountant ever to charge this!) Explained exactly what I needed doing, was given a quote --- then charged way more! I was offered a discount for the following year (almost half of sum overcharged )Accountant also forgot to liaise with my overseas accountant -- 2 years running! Had to remind them! Then, I luckily picked up on a discrepancy in the figures, which was called a ''typo error'' .This ''error'' would have cost me $3 k in lost tax refund, had I not noticed.Not impressed!
