They are leading the way in teen mental wellbeing and personal development. Having coached over 200 girls in the past 2 years, Girls Minds Matter is dedicated to helping teens lead more positive and healthy lives
Co-founders Elle and Sorcha have a combined 20+ years of science-based knowledge and real-life experience. Combined with holistic tools they lead and support teens to live their best, most empowered life through their peer based programs, workshops and retreats
The team believe that with the right tools, environment and support that they can create a generation of powerful individuals who are active participants and change-makers in their own lives and the wider community.
