Brilliant experience with Glass Direct. They were prompt following our insurance approval and had clear communication through the whole process. On the job they were super quick and friendly. Highly recommend! .

Awful customer service, communication and is not accountable for their mistakes. Was told by the glazier (who was actually really lovely and helpful) that he would return with a different glass for my door that he recommended is a closer match the next day - I took another day off only to check my emails throughout the day and see an email (not a phone call) stating I need to pay first before they can order it (even though previous comms said to pay on day of repair, so I had withdrawn the cash ready for glazier) and then reschedule repair for the following week. It was my front door glass on a street that has had multiple break ins this year so I'm sure you can imagine our urgency of trying to get it fixed. When I called Karen today there was no apology for no one calling me, no empathy, no accountability for the lack of communication between her and her glazier, no attempt to try and rectify the situation and all she had to say was the glaziers don't get to make those calls and I will need to pay first than reschedule for next week. I have never posted a bad review about a business before but my front door glass will now remain smashed throughout the weekend due to the lack of communication and empathy, and for a mother with a young girl at home whose partner is in the Navy this has caused so much unnecessary stress and there has been no remorse! Have rebooked with another glass repair company.

I had totally new glass made for my two showers - absolutely love the outcome! The glazier totally designed it to fix my existing space so I didn’t have to purchase any additional shower equipment. Friendly professional staff!

Three strikes. Day 1: After providing our insurance company with measurement for the replacement glass, insurance company appointed repairer, Glass Direct sends their technician after a week to just to visit our property, measure and say that the glass needs to be ordered as its not in stock. Day 45: After no response from insurance company nor Glass Direct on the status of the job, after nearly 2 months, we had to remember ourself that Glass Direct did not communicate nor show up to repair, so had to call our insurance company for update. Few days later, we are then told by the Glass Direct technician that he has lost the measurement and has to rebook a visit to redo the measurement. Day 60: Was told by Glass Direct that they would send a technician between 1 to 3pm. No Show. After we called and checked, said between 3 to 5pm. No Show again. After calling again, said they said they have to rebook for another day. Complete waste of time as we had to take leave from office in order to be at home for Glass Direct to do their job. After 2 months, still no replacement glass been installed, hours of wasting our time waiting for Glass Direct to show up for a paid job, we called Insurance company and requested them to rebook with another glass repair company. Sorry, If a company takes customers for granted on multiple occasions, then it is best to not provide our business to them.
