★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet another mini supermarket. Yes it is a superette but it has everything. Right down to old school confectionery. Hadn't seen the Big Red Gum in so long. Prices are pretty reasonable and the lady behind the counter is lovely. Service with a smile?. I just moved back out to this area and didn't realize how slowly the day starts around here. I ended up at Glen Avon because all of the other little Dairy's hadn't opened at just before 8am. I suppose it is going to take some getting use to after having shops opening at 3am for the clubbing scene out South Auckland ways. All in all nice shop with excellent friendly service from the lady owner. A+
