β β β β β Got quoted a price by the sales attendant, drove to branch, waited for his manager as he could not operate the machine, waited 20 mins. Manger told me the other price which was almost double, staff said what he quoted me. Total waste of time and unwilling to comprise. Tried to support local business, but instead went back to Hirepool which was cheaper but further away from the job site we were working at. All in all waste of over 1 hour. Manger did not even care. Crazy also that only staff member on site cannot lower the cherry picker either
