Even the threat of legal action has fallen on deaf ears. Do not make the mistake of using this company or you may well end up with a door that is worth scrap value

Josh stated that he’s going to order them and send the payment detail to my email address but I receive nothing after two months. I call them continuously every week to ask for a call back but still no reply. Shocking customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and reasonable pricing. The staff tried their best to correct my old door opener about 20 years old, but couldn’t as it was working erratic . Not money minded people as they could have straight away put in a new opener without trying anything on my old opener .
Then I went in for a new opener and got it installed in less than an hour. works smoothly. I am happy with my new Merlin door opener :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service.. spent ages trying to get someone to come and fix the door after it was initially installed becuase it wasn't working properly.. finally had someone around but it still wouldn't open properly after they looked at it.. made noise, shuddered while
bring raised, left scrape marks up the door, had to physically push the door up in some places.. had another company come to service/look at it.. they said the motor was the wrong size, springs weren't tightened correctly, installed 200m to short..the list goes on... how u could get it so wrong is beyond me..
DO NOT USE THEM.. follow up when things go wrong is terrible..we ended up giving up

It was a very reasonable invoice too. Faultless job and customer service received.
