★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lady called 'Deirdre' will answer the phone with something like 'yes?' or 'hi'. Nothing pleasant such as 'Glover Contracting, Deirdre speaking how can I help?' SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!
She is extremely rude and raised her voice at me on quite a few occasions for 'asking the wrong questions'.
Avoid using this business at all costs. Extremely unprofessional.
