★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an item online on the 5th of Jan, store reopened on the 10th. Hadn't heard anything by the 18th so I rang to find out what was happening. I was told it was back ordered, would arrive within a couple days as they had just taken delivery of it. Another 7 days past, hadn't heard anything. Courier had lost the item, had to probe them several times about what was happening, each time being told "I will find out and call you back" - never followed through. Need to prioritize communication.
