★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in on New Year Eve and Dr Paula Brown saw me out of the kindness of her heart because they weren’t actually open, but she was there. I am truly greatful to her for helping me as I have been in pain for seven days and Hawera clinic was closed. She did things a little different than I usually have but I found her treatment very good. Thank you so much Paula.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Cory Palmer has on numerous occasions optimized my body. Surfing at a high performance level, training, and life in general is all tough on my body. Thanks to Cory I get big advances on my rest and recovery after his magic work realigning me. I'd recommend Cory and GMC to any one thinking of using their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Attended GMC Chiropractic In Hawera after Putting my neck out in a snowboarding accident. Everything went fine and I was told if I needed an adjustment here or there down the road to call them up. About 6 months later I was feeling like I wanted a simple adjustment and I called them up to book and they want to charge me a $75 reactivation fee! This is absurdly underhanded and shady business practice that should be illegal. BEWARE! Do not attend any GMC Chiropractic Unless you want to be severely ripped off in order to have a simple adjustment once or twice a year. That's a $75 new patient fee every year! Will never return and will tell everyone I know about their scam. Also, to get adjusted elsewhere! I am contacting the Ministry of business and reporting this shameful practice. Many other competent chiropractors in the area. Choose wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic rack em, stack em and crack em operation. They have good chiropractors but business model is geared towards getting you back in as often as possible. They will call and call and call to get you back. Had to repeatedly tell them to stop calling and finally they got the message. Know others that blocked their number to deal with it. There are far better providers in town that won't hound you.
