★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The number 18 5:08pm bus to the peninsula never arrived. No explanation. No apologies. Just a ruined evening. NZ is hopeless at providing a reliable public transport service. Better to drive a car or ride a bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go bus transport is OK but I don't like Ken Roberts driver he is very rude to people as not safe he sod not be on dunedin road being rude to woman ad let people on for free no name for my safety I fill so sorry for the young people that get on the bus with him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company! They have friendly drivers and modern clean urban buses. The only reason I gave this review a 4star not a 5 star is because when I catch the 3 Ocean Grove from Andy Bay Road not once has it been on time. It's usually 5+ minutes late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well my dad is 85 years old and is banned, i mean really? but also i am well travelled and when i was last in dunedin a bus driver asked me to get of the bus because i had the nerve to ask her if you could top up cards on the bus. she seemed extremely stressed when i moved to get off the bus i couldn't because she was still in motion and my card wouldn't read to scan off even though she was demanding me to. meanwhile people looking, incredibly embarassing. i got on the next bus and asked the elderly gentleman driving the same quaestion and he couldn't have been nicer. i have tosay some of your drivers are the most arrogant i've met on my travels including living and working in japan. pjm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taken over alot of school contracts from alot of small family owned businesses and are making a complete hash of it. How did you apply for and win these contracts without even knowing where your busses are going. Wrong kids on wrong busses,busses not turning up,busses following each other on the same route. A complete joke go bus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the drivers are the rudest and most arrogant people I've met. There is this older arrogant lady (in her 60s-70s) that I'm speaking of. On the other hand, there are super friendly drivers who take time to make conversation and help you out. It seems all the friendly bus drivers who do their job right are all gone with covid; and replaced with rude azz bus drivers.
