The simulator is a fantastic way to really understand your swing and make adjustments and improvements. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bough a pair of Footjoys and after a few months some of the inner came away giving me a blister. I took them back and they were sent away. More than a month and a half later I am still waiting. I was told twice that I would be contacted with an update, but to no avail. When I went in to the store today to get an update, I was told it was out of their hands and I could not expect to jump the queue. Seriously, how long do I need to wait? What about some customer service to update me on the status of my return? I am very disappointed with this store's service despite being very patient. Will not use them again.

Also the same sales person was equally helpful, so my special thanks to both, made my day.

It's always a pleasure to go in and not always having to walk out spending money if you don't need to, but if your like me there is always something you want/need haha.
