β β β β β We live in an urban bush setting with creeks in close proximity Have been using the rat trap for about 2 years. In that time the trap has killed a number of rats (not sure of the exact number as dont have a counter but in that time have replaced the gas canister 3 times.).
We don't have the rodent plague as we did previously.
Very good product,safer for domestic animals too which was always a concern with bait stations.

β β β β β A great story but simply doesn't work... $200 donation to the ratworld. Rats are literally running around this trap... Doesn't help that the bait leaks under heat into a pile under the trap so pretty much a free feed for my local rats. Total waste of money !!!

β β β β β Disappointed. Have had this trap for months now and not a single rat. I have tried everything from changing out lures to changing location. Rats destroy bait stations but they dont touch the trap. Cant sleep with these rats running around in my roof... Dont know what to do anymore...

β β β β β I bought the possum trap about 2 and half years ago and despite moving it twice and going through 6 gas cannisters and trying different baits we still are yet to kill one possum and they just to continue to ignore the trap and eat our fruit. I suspect these traps only work where there is no other food source ie. the bush!

β β β β β The rat trap is ok: Not better than an ordinary trap, but saves you the constant checking and resetting. I found the possum traps completely useless however: The possums like the lure, they scratch everywhere around the trap, but they never put their heads inside. Not a single kill in many months of use! I followed the tips and tricks by the goodnature help team (and they are responsive and try to be helpful), but nothing worked so far. I have used a number of other traps in the same locations, and they catch possums regularly.

We spend lot of money but did not catch any. We can see mouse running in kitchen and try to change places. Put food around. Everything we did but still no luck. For me it was a waste of money.

β β β β β I have found Goodnature A24 traps the best tool for controlling vermin and having used poison, spring traps and A24's. I think the most effective form of constant control is by far the A24.
The people at Goodnature provide precise, detailed instruction which needs to be followed exactly to get the best results.
The team at Goodnature are very helpful and easy to talk to which allows you to fine tune your traps to get the best results

β β β β β Review of Chirp device: Not a good experience at all, I'm sorry to say. Bluetooth would not pair reliably (despite a good phone with no other BT issues). Once eventually paired, BT would drop out, requiring removal of chirp to re-activate pairing mode, pretty much entirely defeating the purpose of the device. Instructions are poor. e.g. you cannot immediately runs tests - the obvious thing to do - but have to "wait a couple of minutes" I was told by support. Kind of a major omission from instructions. Cap is flimsy. To their credit, support via email and phone was polite and helpful, and I did eventually get a refund although even them had to pay for return postage (not strictly legal?) and chase up the refund after several weeks.
Review of A24: Very few catches over a couple of years, despite carefully following instructions, and despite knowing that rats and mice are present because I catch them with snap traps and standard bait stations (initially tried not running those other methods to give A24 a chance, but no luck).
