Been with sweetspot for years, never had an issue. Freight always tricky to deal with, overall a very positive experience so far.

I signed up to GoSweetSpot a few months ago after having some difficulties with a previous company, have never looked back. The booking system is easy to use and their support staff are awesome, responsive and do my tracking for me (no more sitting on hold for hours with couriers). Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Scammy company. They stole my money SIX MONTHS AGO, and I still haven't got it back. My account manager left the company 4 months ago, and I still don't have a new one. They never answer my emails on time. Parcels get lost very often. Jemma's customer service is the worst, for real ( she won't ever answer my emails). I literally send her 2 emails in the last 14 days and guess what...No answers, as always. AVOID IT AT ALL COST

We ordered a coffee machine. I got an instruction of checking it before I sign it. I asked the delivery man can I check it before I sign it. β€˜ No, I’m too busy.’ is the answer I got. Then, I saw the parcel label β€˜ Don’t sign for this until you have checked it!’ This company provides rude attitude and poor service. I’m here to suggest other companies not to use their services as your customer would not be satisfied. Continue to the story, the response from this company is ridiculous. The photo I uploaded had shown the label that got your company name and tracking no(consignment no.). Isn’t it obvious enough to confirm the processes and workers? The label had confirmed that Gosweetspot had the whole responsibility of providing good services. However, they’re trying to evade. The customer support isn’t professional enough as the person didn’t check all the details ( I had change the photo so it has less information exposure) in this complaint.

Got in touch with them after seeing some suppliers using them. As we use multiple freight companies and have a lot of freight in and out, the concept made sense. I cannot remember the name of the person who called me back but if they are the main sales person in their business - this business is in trouble. Disinterested, offhand, after asking which companies we use and after learning that we use NZ Couriers as one of our couriers spent more time saying something about them not making much money out of this carrier (like I’d care??). Not really offering any solutions or even attempting to understand our needs. Then said he will think about options and get back to me - nothing since. Shame really. Folks like us wanting to streamline freight - look elsewhere for solutions.

Honestly this service could be really useful but as a shop I've found GSS unresponsive, unreliable and super unhelpful on the phone. I still haven't been able to get my account email changed after several emails over a couple of months, and whenever I phone them with issues (which happens often, as something in the backend is wrong and one courier service never turns up) the person on the other end of the phone is super short & rude. Looking for an alternative to be honest. EDIT: No, my account email is still unchanged. I only got those emails because I specifically input the one I'm trying to change it to in my support ticket email. I sent another email asking for my account email to be changed on Thursday this week, making it maybe 5 now.

Courier company was meant to deliver a $3,000 printer. Over a month later and no delivery and when contacted regarding the location) the response was simply a we will investigate and that it was in a completely different city (but they could not locate it exactly). Over 4 days later and still no update as to location of an extremely expensive shipment. Don't trust them to deliver lunch let alone anything valuable.

Amazing! I love the colourful satchels, and that each size has its very own colour, which makes it easy to differentiate the sizes! I'm proud to be providing my customers with satchels that are compostable and made from plants! The platform is easy to navigate, and saves me so much time as it is integrated with my website. The ability to manually input the weight is an excellent feature, and will save me money, which is always a good thing! I'm so happy with the support from Sam and the team, such a pleasure to deal with.
