★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ian Galley - fantastic. Receptionist - hopeless. Completely unaware and away with the fairies. Had me mixed up with the wrong person on multiple occasions even though I have checked in. Waited upwards of 45 minutes before realising the receptionist had mucked up. Patients should not have to remind the receptionist twice that they are here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great team who’ve more than earned the Christmas goodies I dropped off today and a review in your own right (I’ve already reviewed Grace Hospital).
I couldn’t have wished for a better surgeon than Vaughan Poutawera who did my hip replacement in July or friendlier frontline staff than Angela and Jo. (Jo also went beyond the call of duty to support me through a “big baby moment” when I had my staples removed “apres op”). Thanks to all of you my hip replacement journey went well, and I’m feeling like a million dollars. Enjoy the chocolate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for the last two years, can never get anyone on the phone apart from reception but they cannot transfer to the rooms. Doctors are slow at getting test results back, have asked for copys of scans for the last year and had no luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to grace for an appointment, well I arrived positive and hopeful I left feeling depressed ,saddened, and questioning myself. I was treated with no compassion or care and all the surgeon mostly said was yup yup yup. Even if they can not help they should NEVER say "if I was you I would just live with this pain for rest your life"
