I was moving inter-island and was given misinformation or at worst, no information regarding the time it would take for my things to arrive. The first delay was communicated but was instantly 2 days more than I was originally told it would take and that I had planned around. Instant 2 days extra expense for accommodation and pet stay on other island.
On the day of delivery and whilst at the property, I had to chase them to find out that my things were going to be delayed again. This resulted in more additional costs in accomodation, pet housing and more. I was told that 'management are looking into' a contribution to these costs and haven't received positive news 4 weeks after this moving debacle.
No criticism of the awesome folks who physically collected and delivered my things, but my overall experience was not only badly managed, but also ended up costing me quite a bit more money and a lot of inconvenience in what is already a stressful situation.

Also very poor communication since Sally has left. The branch manager neglected to tell me he was going on leave during the time of my move so had unanswered emails and a lot of stress in the lead up

The packers and movers showed total respect for our household items and were so professional in every way. Moving house is very stressful and Grace made it a total pleasure. They did everything they said they would do and they did it exactly when they said they would do it. We recently had them move our entire house into one of their trucks (which stayed on our driveway) whilst we had some earthquake works done, then move it all back into the house again at the end of the day. They were friendly, careful, efficient and 100% professional. Will definitely use again when and if required.
