What an amazing shop - we first discovered on Trade Me (but shipping costs a but tricky to sort out correctly). Their online store is amazing and their fudge is out of this world. We finally know the difference between fudge and Scottish tablet (which too is delicious). Passion fruit fudge is the best. Super place, very friendly, great service. Not cheap but totally awesome.

Great selection of snacks and sweets hard to find these days. As an aniseed fan I was in heaven.Service was quick and pleasant. Thank you for the lovely hand written note in with my goodies! Click the shipping option to get them to calculate the best price. It's worth the wait, and it's easy to confirm the order once you get the email with updated shipping price. Had it in my hands in Auckland 3 days later. Yum!

Granny Annies are wonderful! I ordered a birthday treat for my Dad and they emailed back to ask if I wanted to put a note with the gift, then got it to the courier justin time. It arrived the next day! I love Granny Annies!

I understand it’s a novelty shop so of course prices will be higher then your average supermarket but EVERYTHING I bought was out of date. I know it’s best before but biscuits were stale and chocolate had gone white. To sell out of date products at that price is ridiculous!!

Massive massive rip off. I paid $15 for a bag of Cheetos, expecting for that price it would be the imported kind from america. I just wanted to get it as a treat after a bad day. Unfortunately it was the Bluebird kind, the one manufactured in New Zealand, yes the very kind you can purchase from New World for $3. They also taste awful, which is why I wanted the genuine product for once, and for $14.99 I thought this party bag was imported. Nope, just from plain old Auckland. The last time I purchased Cheetos from here they were also six months expired and not on discount, so it's safe to say it's not worth my money to return ever again to support this small business. Day ruined. I should have spent the $15 on a cauliflower.

Disappointing to see they are selling expired products, I understand these are "Best Before" dates not "Use By" but imagine paying $6.95 for a packet of monster munch just to open them and be stale and flavorless due to age. We were met with the excuse "We no longer use air freight and have switched over to boat freight, so they aren't going to be here by their best before" It's a shame to see they have switched to a cheaper shipping method at the expense of their product and customers. It's a shame they still sell expired goods at well over retail and expect people to be happy with this service. Apart from that they have a good selection and a tidy store.

I have been to this store multiple times as it has a good range of English food. Now I am disappointed to see that they're prices just keep going up, almost as if they think no one notices. I bought some Cherry Lips for this store not so long ago, I noticed on the back of the packet you could clearly see that a higher priced sticker had been placed over the top. I think that's quite unacceptable for a store to do this in plain few for the customers to see. Multiple times I have been back to purchase something and see the price raised by $2 or even $3+. Being brought up in England I know that the prices that are on the products are absolutely ridiculous. I totally understand you are that you are business owners and need to make a profit, but this is clearly insane. Charging $6.95 for a Pot Noodle that is sold in Tescos for Β£0.80 (80 UK pence) with the current exchange rate they retail at $1.59, understand shipping cost etc are involved but seriously do the maths doesn't work out. Also noticed that this store is selling expired goods, when asked if you could receive this for a discount price you will get told no, you will also get told that due to shipping or boat supplies that can't guarantee that they will be in date. Fair enough. But this still shows that they clearly do not care and still continue to sell this full price (which has also tripled in the past year). When leaving the store I noticed that the lady working walked over to the items I told her where expired and turned them all facing up right, clearly so when you pick up a packet you wouldn't see the date. Unacceptable. At the counter they have British Cadburys chocolate bars mini (delicious) which clearly state on the wrapper not for individual sale but still continues to charge for them. This is my honest review.
