★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an urgent clean over the phone through their call center which is the only number for booking. The cleaners didn't turn up and the call centre people had no idea and no interest in tracking down what happened. Was assured while booking that it's done. Really screwed us over. Worst call centre in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly they did an amazing job and clearing out a 3ft lawn with a reasonable price considering the work needed.
But seems to be a communication error.
Geoff was going to cancel the job because an invoice came through to me wrong with nothing owing and I was trying to figure out how to pay.
And the second time there was nothing to mow so let him know and asked if we should skip this week and go next to which he said forget it.
Not everyone is out to swindle you mate but I'm not paying $65 this week when my lawns are brown and dead. Wait until the next when they have regrown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Geoff Logie didn't follow instructions but did it to fit with his "imagery" - not what we asked for! He demanded payment, which we did ($250) then we had to finish the job ourselves. Would certainly not recommend!!!!
