β β β β β Rung to lay a complaint about how a bus driver was talking to my children the receptionist came across like she didn't care at first didn't even offer an apology. She made me feel like she just wanted to get off the phone

β β β β β The lady in reception is very rude. Thank you for allowing me to hire your van for the weekend but you need to work on your customer service. You looked me up and down as soon as I walked in, I felt judged, awkward, unworthy and incapable. Just because Iβm younger than your usual audience doesnβt mean I am any less capable of driving and looking after your vehicle. She harped on about a cleaning fee on her second sentence and as I inspect the van on pick up, there is rubbish in the back seat and chocolate smeared into a seat. Practice what you preach lady and learn that a hello, thank you, goodbye and genuinely any response to a question is appreciated.
