Took my car in for them to replace my radiator which they said was just needing top tank repaired so yip sweet they did that picked up my car they said all fixed shouldn't be any more problems drove it.home that evening I live just around corner and then next day drove the car not even 10km and my car had a even bigger problem.than what itwent in with and now the car not worth fixing!!! I rang them the on the Monday explaining what had happend they came to my house to look at it because the water was pouring out from radiator so they took it back days later still no contact so I rang them and they said they still hadn't had time to look at it okay then days layer agen still no contact so ring back and they say oh yes the guy that was working on your car we havnt seen in a week or so... that to me already sounds dodgy.. but anyway say they are having trouble finding the leak but they think it is a blown head gasket which is a very costly.fix and not worth it for.the car it was. This car had no major issues like that before I had taken it in ! Under mechanic laws the car needs to.fit for purpose when clearly it wasn't if what they are saying is true and that it wasn't there fault... would never go.back.there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my regular but they recently showed such little care with my car when I came in. They fully overlooked the problem and blamed it on another service, so I took it to that service and it turned out to be a simple fix that showed they clearly never even looked properly or possibly not at all. Sad that this happened as it's made me no longer trust them so I now go elsewhere with my car needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't do well with my car. Problem with starting I told them I put new battery and starter motor in car. They charged battery and said it ok just need a code put in from bay ford but that doesn't affect car starting. Got up next morning car wouldn't start rang the garage they told me they could look at battery again. I declined it now is at bay ford to get fixed. Needless to say it wasn't my battery.
Wouldn't take a upmarket car to them.

Been using these guys for years, have had brakes fixed, leaks in my car sorted, full service, WOF, electrical issues and more. Always sorted fast for a good price. Friendly team, and I always feel looked after. If you're looking for a mechanic you want to go back to again and again, definitely check these guys out.
