★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide open spaces, lots of parking. A good place to do some solo or group exercise, or just go for a casual walk. Handy to Toi Ohomai and Greerton CBD. The toilets are open 24/7, and there’s allocated camper van parking for overnight stays. Why the low score? There’s a group of people squatting in the parking lot, living in derelict vehicles. I’ve spoken to people who’ve been harassed and intimidated by them as recently as the day before this review. Don’t go alone at night, and put valuables out of sight in your vehicle.
