β β β β β I would give zero stars if I could. If you book with this company, make sure you donβt cancel your booking because they will make you run around coming up with different excuses as to why they canβt refund your deposit. They donβt answer your calls and they turn their phones off. We cancelled our booking in December due to the increase of our numbers and didnβt get a reply until January which is understandable since the Christmas break but on the 7th ofJan they informed us our deposit would be paid into our account after 14 days as this is their process time...Ok we understand that.... 15 days had past still no deposit. Call the manger and he informed me that his accountant should have put the money through but because the accountant hadnβt, he was going to call me the following day to let me know when I can pick up the cash. The day came still no call I gave them the weekend still nothing I call and email still nothing. My partner and I have been back and forth 3 times and they keep having different excuses every time as to why they canβt refund us on days they have asked us to come back on. This is getting very annoying and stressing as we both work which I took yesterday off for to collect the money and it ended up not happening. My partner works graveyards and due to this running around he has lack of sleep for work. For a company that calls themselves professional catering, they are so far from being professional!
