It has great thermal properties; concrete floors are thick and do not change temperature quickly, they absorb heat during the day and slowly release it during the night. Unlike tiles which are only 10mm thick and change according to the air temperature within minutes. Polished Concrete is extremely hard wearing and will outlast virtually any other flooring option.
Unlike wallpaper or tiles, concrete is timeless, and will suit any home and furnishing style. It can be used indoors and out, allowing indoor / outdoor flow.
Concrete floors are easy to clean and very healthy because they don't trap dust-mites or anything dropped on them! You can choose what color and size aggregate you prefer, add colored glass or crushed shell as long as its not an existing slab. It can be cut into a large tile pattern or virtually any pattern you desire. Its your floor, so we suggest you get creative and make your concrete polished floor unique unlike any other.

β β β β β We had an existing coloured driveway which detracted from the home we had just professionally renovated. Replacing the concrete would have been twice the cost of GrindKing. The finish we received from GrindKing exceeded our expectations and was a fitting completion to the project. Everyone who visits loves the drive and concrete paths. GrindKing staff were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble.

β β β β β The concrete driveway for our new house looked cheap and nasty. We had discoloration due to Pinto, the drive was covered in stains.
We had our driveway "bush-hammered" by Grind King recently to fix the problem. It was a pleasure to work with the company: good communication, on time, professional team and we are extremely happy with the outcome!
It is not cheap, but definitely worthwhile doing for us. The driveway looks stunning, stays clean and has a non slip surface that works.
