It started when Sir John Kirwan visited my work and spoke to the crew about his journey and mental health (personal and at the corporate wellness level). The impact was immediate.
With the launch of the Memtemia (now Groov) app, I was in there on day 1. Brilliant resources, great wellness tools and its great to get a notification to remind me to check in (its like a nudge from a friend). There aren't many weeks pass that I haven't been in there and doing something.
One of the best apps on my phone!
