★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took in my sander to rewire the cord. Was working fine otherwise. Needed a lot of screws removed to do so. As soon as I used it afterwards, a screw fell out causing the casing to come loose and simultaneously the sander jammed up and stopped. Took it back- told it was totally stuffed. What I expected was an apology and a refund of my $55, or a replacement second hand sander. What I got was a refusal to admit any liability, and a claim that it was a ‘coincidence’ it broke the very moment the screw they forgot to tighten came out. Offered for me to get a second opinion which they would know full well would cost me more than it was worth. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but it is my only comeback so here it is. Little doubt there will be a reply also shifting responsibility or similar. No integrity. Don’t risk going there. Will be all well and good till they mess up -then it’s your loss.
