★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On arrival there was a huge line so I assumed this was going to be an incredible experience. I was immediately disappointed the moment I took a bite of my pie. It was the worst pie I have ever bought. It tasted like a 50c end of the day pie they just put back in the pie warmer. I felt disrespected. I also bought the worst donut. The cream was over whipped and had separated. I live near by so I will continue to travel to my favourite bakery. However the customer service was great and I was happy with my V.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucky we found this little bakery on our second last day in Rotorua. Otherwise we would have been there every day!!! Very nice cinnemon rolls and the pretzels are divine!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cronut was on point ? husband and kids decided custard and cream doughnuts were a little sickly, so half a doughnut would have been perfect - consider saving half for later or sharing it with a friend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two mince and cheese pies and received them with some great customer service! The pies were so meaty as well and had absolutely no gravy jelly and heaps of cheese that covered the whole of the mince. Super happy with what I received and will definitely be back.
