★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I've only heard bad things about gulls fuel quality and I've experienced it first hand the fuel doesn't last and comparing with Z bp and caltex it may be cheaper but you really do get what you pay for also there 98 is cheap and nasty I would stay well clear from any gull fuel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told had to wait 10 minutes for our thickshake in the meantime the guy served several other customers, walked out the back a few times. Wrote on some paper and after watching all this I went in to find out why we had to wait to find the guy texting on his phone. I asked him why we had to wait. I told him what I saw and then he got angry and said it was his duties. I told him without customers he wouldn't have duties. He was very argumentative so in the end I asked for a refund. He kept going on and on so I told him he was really bloody rude! If you want good service at night DONT go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order a deluxe shake on 26/02/2022 @ 23:20. The ad board says 6.50$. But he charged me 7.50$. And then I questioned why he answered the board is not updated. I kept watching the digital display board. There was another ad showing old school deluxe shake for 7.50$. I observed closely and it says 750 ml for 7.50$ and the 6.50$ ad showed 450ml.
He presented me in a 450ml cup. I said look the board is updated it’s the quantity makes the price difference. He replied we always serve shakes in 450 ml cup only.
It’s okay for me to loose a $. But clearly you overcharged me and under supplied with misleading answers right on my face. It’s a breach of Fair Trade Act. Inside my head I had a feeling it’s hard to make him understand and walked out hopeless. ??
