Busy spot, good fuel pricing and self serve. Great for fuel price savings. Well worth giving it a try.

Get low cost fuel here before heading into auckland city centre. especially 98 octane. Best octane you can get over BP. Cheaper too + 10% ethanol.

Fuel service is fine. I randomly seem to have EFTPOS problems where card gets rejected even though sufficient funds are available. Just dont get it.

Gull cheap on Hibiscus coast. Only wish they built a roof over the pumps for winter months. Notice Costco has opened up a fuel station over Massey west Auckland they selling 91 petrol for $2.50 a litre. Only hassle you have to pay a membership card to use there pumps you need visa cards. I use Gull because it's 4 minutes away from Milldale housing area next to Wainui exit off the Northern motorway.

If you are buying petrol or diesel in the area - buy it here. This is an unattended 24x7 fuel station (91, 98 [E10 Blend] and diesel). So if you just want to buy fuel, and don't want to queue up behind someone buying a coffee, magazine and a pre-pay top up then this place is for you. Oh, and it is also the cheapest petrol in the area - by quite a bit. You park up near a pump and go to a pay station. I have only paid with credit card, and in this case it puts a $150 hold on your card. You go fill up, and drive away. Their is also a separate diesel pump on the far side of the site. It has a huge hose on it. I can only imagine this is some kind of "high flow" system for those buying bulk diesel. On the day I was there a skip bin was situated on the exit on this pump - so if you have a large vehicle to fill with diesel then you have an obstacle on the exit of the pump to navigate. That bin could easily be put on the grass area near the emergency station so as not to block the exit.

Not a bad place to fuel up. A little confused on how to work through the process of getting the pumps to operate. The card reader and key pad are not obvious. Also, the pump I stopped at for diesel would not work and another customer told me it was not unusual for this pump. Had to move the large coach to a different pump.
