โ โ โ โ โ Good facility. The only issue i have with the place is that a lot of the barbells are bent in the upstairs part. Apart from that, great gym and a supportive group of people that use it as well.

โ โ โ โ โ There's something for everybody plenty of classes that accommodates for all ages and sizes it's a matter of taking that first step and showing up. The battlefield is in the mind get it to connect with your body and the rest will fall into place.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor airflow upstairs. Downstairs is great but not much equipment. Upstairs has 1 fan pointing towards open windows. Gets so hot up there we get heatstroke. Would be a good gym if the airflow was better. Also the classes are extremely loud as they use a microphone and yell into it. If the classes are your scene, this gym is for you. But if you want to go to the gym for a bit of peace and unwinding, that is impossible during classes. Amd anybody can control the entire gym music which sounds like a cool idea until you get stuck listening to extremely beats which just are not a vibe
