Edit: From 1 star to NOTHING!!
The receptionist gets worse every time. Not only does she announce your private information infront of the whole waiting room but HANGS UP when you call to make an appointment or rudely says ILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THERES SPACE and slams the phone. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND FIND ANOTHER GP!
