★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I telephoned staff at Hamco today and asked a few questions about my roof racks. They were very generous with their knowledge. I came into the shop later in the day and a number of questions were answered and I left with solutions at a very reasonable price. Second time I have come to Hamco and both times I have been very impressed. Will be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $515 on a new roof rack from Cam. Whilst waiting at the counter I cut the sellotape holding the box shut and was asked "why did you do that" I responsed saying that I was going to put it on outside thinking they might offer to help or give some advice.. Instead I was asked to find another car park to do it in as they had limited parking and didn't want it getting used up. Sigh..at least the roof rack fitted well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from Jacob. He helped me with an online order, even calling me in the weekend. Once in the shop he took the time to fit my chains. We realised we needed a bigger pair. Never would have known if he hadn't offered to help. Highly recommended.
