I have come from 15 years experience as a butcher having owned my own shop before moving into the supermarket game where I have been a Store Manager in Hamilton for the last 15 years. Buying this business is getting me back to what I know best. Its exciting to be back in the meat game. I’m focused on making sure our customers are happy and there experience is one we can be proud of. From good values and hard work our business will be a success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 5kg of marinated meat, they forgot the Marinades and said they'd courier them the next day so I would then need to marinate the meat myself which I don't have the time and fridge space to do right now but mistakes happen so I didn't mind. Marinades didn't arrive, have emailed Isabel Cossey the office manager a couple of times since she told me the Marinades would be couriered but no reply, 3 weeks later still haven't arrived and no reply to emails.
