If you want to enjoy a meal by the beach however probably not the place, seagulls are very cheeky and will just go for your food, and if not they will poop all over you...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has got heaps of dirty and gravel on the grass and which makes it look like just a tip. The waves and the beach is fine, could do with a spruce up aye. I mean, things have gone very down hill since I was a kid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe beach to swim at however like with any beach you need to be a fairly confident swimmer to swim. Sometimes the dolphins play in the waves which freaks me out because I instantly mistake them for sharks ?
Across the road is Moeraki Boulder's Holiday Park. Perfect for that camping experience at affordable prices. Cabins also available.
Excellent place to take your fish n chips from the local fish n chip shop or picnic lunch and have with your family. Swing set available, creek for the little ones to splash in and a skateboard ramp for the more adventurous. Tennis Courts and separate toilets are also available.
