★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, knowledgeable staff that didn't mind me asking them a million questions about the shoes and sizing etc. Happy to grab all the sizes I wanted to try to ensure I got the right ones, and not once did they make me feel like I was a hassle! Ordered me in what I needed for a later collection date, so I will ensure to be back....time and time again! Thanks - 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service.Went into store looking for a comfy pair of dressy shoes. Was in my gardening clothes. Assistant was helping another person. When the other customer left I stood by counter looking at shoes. Assistant walked behind me not one word. Then she went out arranging shoes. I threw my hands up in the air and walked out. She then said thanks .. so I said thanks for what you didn't even acknowledge me. Look at cameras 10 dec 2021 around 4.15pm. Won't go back
