★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took some leather work shoes in that I purchased there about 8 months earlier where the leather had started to rip away from the sole. The manager said unfortunately its wear and tear and that I must be rough with my shoes. He went out back and came back with a brand new pair of exact same shoes and gave them to me! No questions asked! Great service, I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Woman sales assistant, bleach blonde, older woman with heavy eye makeup under her eyes stated "you're righ' just looking", I said "no, I am after something comfy I can wear all day, something I can wear to work but not too dressy." ... She said "sorry, we haven't got anything like that"... No comfy tidy casual shoes???? Seriously Hannah's up ya game or your staff training.
