★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend as property management . Marks on almost new carpet. Burn marks on new kitchen floor. Blocked toilet due to flushing wet wipes. Used or stolen , wet wood out of garage that was barricaded, and all they sail , was wear and tear...Other stuff aswell, but, was poor sevice...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Harcourts" seems like standing only for Kiwi's. Never respond to genuine queries from Other Nationalities. Not professional. Poor Quality. One of the worst property management in Timaru in my 10 years experience in New Zealand. I had three bad experiences from different agents (ladies). from the same management. Very rude. Not recommended if you are not a New Zealander.
