β β β β β I will totally be cautious when you deal with Tina Gao or George Wu. I was totally messed over by them in a negotiation contract with a vendor. Have lodged a formal complaint with Rea. The business also removed my reviews from Facebook instead of addressing them. No effort from the manager to be in contact as well as no effort to clarify the matter

We had an amazing experience with Nyrelle. We had just recently sold our home and excited about getting out there to find our forever home. We were naive enough to think we could go to open homes on our own, it was overwhelming and scary at the same time.
Through a mutual friend we were blessed with an introduction to Nyrelle Foss who then went above and beyond our expectations for us over the next four months - continuous online searches and endless attending open homes with us during the week and weekend. WeΝ met a few agents from different companies, and immediately we likes Karl. He was able to read the market really well and guide us with honestly about pricing. He was always accessible, feeding back promptly and personally available on the open homes. We really enjoyed dealing with Carol Woods for the sale of our home. She was super helpful, professional and always available for a chat! We needed quite a few tradespeople to get our house up to the standard we wanted and Carol was great with recommending tradies her clients have used previously. We were also very impressed with the staging company Carol recommended. We would happily recommend Carol to anyone looking for a reliable and honest agent who gets on well with everybody, and hope we can use her ourselves again someday!
