We have Rent 3 homes from them, and I have to say, they have always been warm and friendly, informative regarding our Tenancy's, and totally Professional in carrying out their duties as Property Managers. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to Rent, or use them to manage your Property or Investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional staff! Avoid them at all if you are an investor. they will cause you more stress than the tenants.
They would blame you for their poor marketing and not finding tenants on time. They hardly do any advertising of the house other than using Trademe. They also make excuses and derogatory statements against you.
Few examples from the false blames they wrote to me-
"Kindly moving forward remember this … tenants are not in charge or responsible for your mortgage payments"
"If you wish to be an investor than you need to understand New Zealand has a set of Tenancy Rules and Regulations that must be followed and tenants giving notice and pressured into early move in dates where they pay double rental isn’t acceptable"
"You liaised with the tenants and went behind our back, had we been aware we could have warned you against it."
AVOID THEM and the you will avoid all the stress!
