We met Nicole on our first day going to open homes and despite being busy, she listened to us, remembered our names, understood our budget, and went the extra mile to help us into our first home. Nicole was fast to respond, told us about opportunities we might like, and when we put offers forward, helped us every step of the way. Buying a home in the current market is stressful, but Nicole really took the stress away and helped us by going the extra mile. It feels like it would have been so much more difficult without her. I'm really happy with the service we received!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I went to Cheryl's open home on Stirling this afternoon, and the experience with her was awful! Immediately felt uncomfortable as Cheryl yelled out a question across the kitchen 'what's your name' while I was still down undoing my shoes at the entrance. The timing was inappropriate, if not rude. Communication was cold that I had to ask her to wait until I get up and be ready to talk properly. While we were checking out the living area, my daughter sat on a chair and appreciated the comfort the home feels. Cheryl told my daughter off 'no sitting on that chair. No. It's someone else's home.' I agree you can put certain protocols in an open home, but there's a nicer way to convey the same message. I felt totally not welcomed, so ended our inspection straight away. Cheryl is a salesperson, but with no skills essential to her role, according to our experience this time. Hope she treats the later comers nicer and achieve the selling target for this property.

We͏ recently sold a property with Malcolm as our agent. We sold by auction and achieved a great price on the day thanks to Malcolm's professional work leading up to the auction and during the process. Malcolm is a very honest person and it shows in how he handles himself with buyers and us as clients.
I would highly recommend Malcolm to my friends and family as I know they will be in a safe pair of hands, especially now the market requires true sales experience to help sell your property.

Georgina͏ sold our family home through an auction campaign. She brought through a lot of buyers leading up to the auction which in turn we had mutilple bidders on the day. We were blown away with the result!! Thank you Georgina you are honest, realistic and always kept us in the loop with what was happening throughout the campaign. I would highly recommend using Georgina to sell your house and contact her if you are in the buyers market, she has a lot of knowledge and contacts.

From the beginning Sonia was friendly, engaging and professional. We were impressed in how she made the process of finding a home relaxing and fun. She had great attention to detail, she understood the sales and purchase process inside and out. She helped us understand our risks (earthquake and insurance). She really understands the local market and she guided us to the suburbs and streets she considered would be a great match for us. She managed any problems that came up quickly. She also had a network of people to help us. Her manager helped with auctions and she found a building inspector to quickly assess houses. She tackled any problems quickly and kept us updated throughout the process. Sonia would go the extra mile, she acted as our scout for all houses we were interested in. She respected our time. She really listened and understood what we needed in a home and location. She would also have all the information about the houses and quickly chased up any questions or concerns, even ones we hadn’t considered. Sonia quickly gained our full trust with her honesty and integrity. She helped us navigate the risks and found us a great house. Every conversation throughout the process with excellent. She could be firm at one moment, consoling the next, and was fun to be around. Sonia is a grade above other real estate agents, she was everything we needed. We can safely recommend her as the full package. She is a 5-star professional you can trust. She has integrity and communicates well.
