★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised to see many 5 star reviews. The receptionist is rude and very unhappy in her work. I had an appointment and yet with wait time the WOF took over an hour. When i attempted to book in for the recheck the answer phone message was outdated and I was unable to reach anyone and had the call the associated tyre business to reach them. When I told them about the answer phone they were dismissive and disinterested. The experience was not in anyway a positive one and not one I will be repeating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue arise meaning I had to cancel the service I had booked in on short notice. The rep I spoke to made nothing out of it, and promptly helped me re-book which was greatly appreciated.
I gave clear instructions on the tyres being replaced and the rotation I wanted (front to rear, new on the front) but it was somehow lost in translation. However, not upset about it as when I came back to pay and collect the car and noticed this, the boys the car in straight away and corrected the fitting. Also the shop was very busy, easy for confusion to occur. All and all, happy with the service, and will be back next time. Cheers team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied with service from reception, have already seen other comments from other customers, the lady should be dismissed. Unfriendly and unorganized. Any business knows that first point of call is of utmost importance, customer satisfaction will bring more business. Most of the people working there were similar, one middle aged man was exceptionally friendly and cooperative, they need to look at him as a perfect role model.

Even though the workshop was very busy, Mark's team carried out necessary wheel alignment work promptly & at a competitive price. Thanks to the team at Harman Automotive I was able to continue my journey uninterrupted. Thanks @HarmanAutomotive?
