About Harrison Frames
GD Harrison Ltd was established over 50 years ago by George Harrison. His son Jack takes pride in this being a New Zealand owned and operated family run business and we are in our 3rd generation.
We specialise in manufacturing environmentally sustainable New Zealand made timber products in our Mount Maunganui factory. Picture frame moulding, picture frames, canvas frames and a custom framing service.
Our product has been sold throughout New Zealand, Australia the Pacific Islands, USA and Asia. Over the years we have evolved to cater to our Clients requirements. Our range of services has expanded to include painting and pre priming house mouldings, bee hive components.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had one (rather expensive) signed print framed here and one piece of my own. Now, my own piece was framed beautifully so I know their capabilities. However, my large print is not centred. When I picked it up, the lady who served me, waved a ruler over it and said nope, it’s even and refused to listen to me any further. I now have a second print from the same artist. I want the exact same frame so I will return and hopefully they will rectify the issue with my last one too. If so, I will gladly raise my review from 3 to 5 stars as I know they can do an amazing job. Since I left this review, they have framed my third piece and rectified my issue with the last. They are all stunning and although I had to return with one, they were more than willing to sort the issue! 5 STARS!!
