★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their service. I went in today for a quote on a paint job for my ute. I explained I had originally intended to do the paint job myself, so prep work had already been done, and I already had the high quality paint and clear coat. However due to unforeseen circumstances I no longer had access to a paint booth. The lady at front desk was extremely rude! Spoke to me all of about 2 minutes, said they don't even want to know about it and to go somewhere else. No explanation given as to why they didn't want my business. This is the second time I have dealt with them, both times I have come away disappointed with their service. Wont be going here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kia Ora WARNING to everyone hint of advice for anyone wanting to get work done at harrisons panelbeating shop DON'T !!! They are a rip off so mad I asked for a quote 1 week a go for paint to front and back bumper as well as 1 new reflector light and he took a look at my car took photos and I told him I have full insurance so if it is going to cost more than 500 to let me know as then I can make an insurance claim he said oh no should be between 350 to 450 and I asked what the highest possible price would be he said 350 to 450 I said great that is under my access fee for my insurance which is 500 so I will just pay it with my own money. And on Wednesday before I went to drop my car off I called them to double check how much it was going to cost again and they told me 350 to 450 so I bought it in and when I went to pick it up on Friday they told me its 600 because they had to order my reflector light and pay for freight I said to them that my light was included in the quote and why did they not ring me to tell me it was going to cost more than what they said to me before they started doing the work on my car because then I could have made a claim through my insurance this service is so not good enough ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible receptionist. She blame me for getting robbed and not having insurance on my car. She said I was a hassle and charged me extra for wanting to go and pick up my car and was very hard to get a quote to fix my car. she kept saying they are busy and treat me very badly. I just got robbed and no consideration what I am going through. Don't go to this place if you care about good service and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had car towed to this place after it was stolen. Harrison's wouldn't provide a quote for the work that needed to be done and then when I went in in person. They said over 800 still no quote. So I organized for someone else to do the work at which point they wanted to charge me to get access to my own car. DO NOT USE THEM.
