★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff need to respect their customers. We left the store without even checking out the item we came in to view after 8 staff members questioned us on why we were in the store. Made us feel like we were intruding on private property.
A customer cannot think when they’re being talked at by staff the whole time they’re in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting service. We paid for the washing machine on January 25th. Delivery mid March. March 15 received a call that the delivery was delayed until April 10. April 11 - silence. We're going to the store. Delivery is again delayed until the end of April. And it is not known whether they will deliver by this date. Three months we can not receive a purchase!

I was needing photos put on a mug for a special birthday gift.she explained all the different choices. She did everything for us. A big thank you Dawn you are an asset to Harvey Norman Hastings.
I would not use Napier, as the mangers are unhelpful. And very rude, it's a wonder you get any customers guys get a grip. Or change your manger.

A young girl named Caitlyn in the Photo Centre made myself and my 90yr old Mum feel so welcome. She was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you.
