★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestapo large woman rushed up to me when I entered the shop as I do not wear a mask, demanded proof of exemption and then questioned me about a vaccine passport, I ended up leaving the store to go to a more customer friendly one which I found! On the positive it made looking for a fridge a bit easier, won't be back.

Not only have i been messed around since december between rotorua and whakatane stores to get a replacement security camera for the last 3 weeks have been in contact with the rotorua store each week wanting an update better yet the replacement product that i purchased
each week its like a recorded message that says sorry has not been delivered yet its not that far away beginning of next week.
Weeks have passed but nothing has turned up
I was told in February that the replacement camera was ordered and on its way give it a week today weeks later i got well u know with the way the world is going well yes i live in this world as well i know how its going
I have had packages delivered from auckland in 2 to 3 days ? but now i was told o but its the availability of the stock
I was told in February there was cameras in stock it would be on its way
The person i delt with today said do u want a refund no i want the camera relpacement i was promised he then said that he would get me an exact time of arrival for the camera and ring me before the end of the day
Working day has ended did i get a call no

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there last week. I haven't forgot my experience, I entered the store and passed through the furniture department, the guys there acknowledged me and waved which I appreciated.
Then I entered the appliance department and saw a lady at a desk on her computer, she looked at me and looked back down at her computer without acknowledgement.
I walked over to the laptops and basically looked at all of them. I spent a bit more time looking at the laptops which caught my attention. About 25 - 30 mins in total.
No one in that department acknowledged me, so for that I stormed off with my money and left.
Was a good move because I got a better deal elsewhere.
