When weather and road closures prevented us from making day one of the walk Phil stepped up to advise and assist.
He went above and beyond to help ensure the overall success of our journey, he was flexible and contactable while we sorted out a new plan.
It is awesome to have a company over deliver like this, Haula will be our transport of choice in the future. Ange - MJ

His shuttle was highly organised and he went above and beyond (even providing us with extras like bottles of water!). Thanks Phil, would recommend this shuttle to anyone and will definitely be using in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phil was a knight in shining armour transporting us over to Clyde from Queenstown. He kindly helped us out last minute on Easter Sunday. Pick up was in a lovely vehicle, smooth transfer. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phil collected our tramping group from the Queenstown Airport and drove us to Muddy Creek. He was helpful & informative and very willing to do whatever we needed, including taking us to places that we could not go if we had hired vehicles. On our last day, I sent him a message via satellite phone seeing if an earlier pick up was possible. He juggled his own schedule to meet us early. He was very happy to wait while we bought refreshments in Glenorchy. I highly recommend Haula Shuttles for reliable, helpful, responsive shuttle service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of five from Auckland Tramping Club were super impressed with Haula and Phil. He couldn't have been more accommodating and was great fun to travel with. Complimentary cold drinks at the start and finish of our tramp were a first on this type of transport, and a stop for treats in Glenorchy that was unscheduled was no problem. Highly recommend.

When he knew that we were travelling to Queenstown that afternoon he offered to drop us off free of charge. Great commentary on our way. Totally recommend Phil for any occasion. Thanks Phil you’re the man.
