β β β β β Great pools, at a good temperature; cold enough to cool down without shocking yourself. Plenty of shaded area around for spectators.
Pool access exclusively via ladders, no stairs like the Frimley pool.

β β β β β Two visits 7 days apart, all pools were green with loads of algae growth. We swam in it first visit and felt awful afterwards - very unclean and funny smell. Walked away yesterday when we went to go again, just as bad looking.

β β β β β Hi so today I went for a swim at your pool and after we thought we would get a little treat and we were waiting there for about 10 mins and one lady walked past us and didnt do anything so I would just like to say work on your customer service thank you

β β β β β We went to the pools today it was great until ,we went to go buy something and they took 15 mins and they STILL Didn't come and multiple staff members walked passed and looked at us. So we just left.
Not sure if I am going to go there again.
Have better customer service please.
