The worst customer service I have experienced to date. I booked into to get new injectors for my Toyota hiace and when I went to drop the vehicle off in the service department they said we don't have a booking under your name or under your registration number which was made one day before. Then I had to wait few days to made a another appointment and I missed out on my work for 3 days because it is my working vehicle. After few days when they replaced the injectors they damaged the stereo and taxi top light which they refuse to pay the fixing price. I did talk to the service department manager and he said we can't do anything about it.

Don't go to Toyota Hastings they don't bother with you if your Maori or a Pacific islander. They think we don't have money lol rather get my Toyota Land Cruiser from Auckland way better service.

Kia Ora, My family and I have recently been looking for a new 7 seater vehicle. After much research and looking we decided to check out the Toyota Highlander. I had wanted one for a long time so was very excited to finally be going to check one out. We went to Toyota Hastings one Sunday afternoon after having had amazing service at Kia. When we arrived at the yard no one greeted us, no one acknowledged us for 10 minutes. It wasn't until the Sales woman needed to move the highlander we were currently looking at to make way for a family who were off to test drive another vehicle did she acknowledge us. Once she moved the car she told us she would be with us in a moment and went back to the other family. 5 minutes later she came to us asking us what we needed help with today, I proceeded to explain what were doing and what we were after. She then began to explain to me that this is a new range vehicle and is a little pricey and told us they had highander's in the used car section. We are looking for a new car not used. I then asked her if she was able to tell us about the car, we asked her questions to get the conversation started, she told me to go online and look it up. I asked her what the turn around would be from purchase to receiving and she told me not till early next year. I asked her how we would go about a test drive and she told me i had to book at least 3 months in advance to do so. At this stage i am getting frustrated with her attitude and dismissal of my family and I that i asked my husband if we could leave. She asked for my number and i have not heard from her yet. It has been just over 3 weeks. From the moment we went into the yard we felt like no one wanted to take the time to help us, to be honest we felt racially profiled as we are both Māori and proud. I left and felt so hurt that they were able to ruin our experience like that and have now had to look at other vehicles with other companies and haven't had any issues. I ask that you do some refresh training on customer service and talk to your team about profiling potential customers.

Thank you, Marwaan, for your fantastic, friendly and professional service! This is the second car we have purchased through Marwaan. As soon as we walked onto the car lot, Marwaan came over to greet us and remembered both our names and the car we previously bought, even though it's been about three years since we last spoke. Nothing was too much bother and there was no pressure or hard-sell. Marwaan was very welcoming and went above and beyond for us, even coming in on his day off to hand-over our new car to us. We have met many car salespersons recently while browsing and Marwaan's customer service was the best by a mile. Would not answer a simple question about a vehicle via email. Decided to drive 2 hours on the weekend to view the car. Arrived. Did not say I had asked questions about that particular vehicle during the week, was told car sold and can I view same model but 5k dearer. Viewed car, soon leaving told salesman story, then instantly on the phone to the sales manager (who was strangely out of service area during the week) oooh no, the first car is on the market and for sale, not sold after all .. walk away and find reputable car dealer
