β β β β β Not a good place if you buying Cars. Get info regarding Bilal and associates before you make purchase. He's well know for making temporary fixes as he did to my car. If buy from him make sure your have a proper pre inspection done on the car and also with his paperwork.

Bought vehicle for partner, X5 asked to ensure pet free due to allergic reaction to kids,was promised vehicle is in good order
when vehicle arrived in Wgtn
*No new wof
*Cracked windscreen
*Air suspension Failure within 3 days
*A/C does not work
*Suspension fault,-Glad vehicle was not driven from auckland as it was a death trap,
**And the Kicker -FOUND A TURNERS INSPECTION SHEET WITH ALL THE FAULTS.
***DO NOT TRUST HIM*** EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH SHOULD BE 0 START

β β β β β Hi to those looking at this post. Just sharing my bad experience with Mr. Jack Aka Billal. I brought a Toyota Prius in Feb 2019. Within a weeks the vehicle started showing signs of battery problem. 29th March car stalled on motorway showing error signs on dashboard. Informed Jack (owner) about the problem. Had to take it to Authorised Toyota dealers for a fix. Toyota representative told me that the battery is faulty and needs replacement. Cost for battery replacement is 4100 and will take 2 weeks for the battery. Do not recommend anybody to go to this place. Please be aware.

β β β β β Not even worth a one star rating. Purchased a vechile from Bilall and 5 months later we found out there was major engine problems. The car shut off at traffic lights and warning lights appeared. We had a 6 month warranty with vechile but Bilall did absolutely nothing about the issue. I have since taken the matter to the disputes tribunal, which he failed to attend.
I had to pay $4600 for engine and various other parts to be fixed and was without a vechile for 2 weeks. Bilall is unreliable and I would not recommend any one to purchase a vechile from him or HB Motors Ltd.

β β β β β Do not Trust!!! Bilall Hossieni HB Motors Do not Trust!!!!Does not do full disclosure of damage to vehicle in advertising. As part of sale we were lucky to discover there was no spare Tyre or Tyre changing kit, made this as part of the sale agreement that these needed to be sent to us as part of purchase price. After 3 weeks of ph calls he in the end sent us money to purchase off trade-me ourselves with ones that we had located. After two days from purchase we discovered the radiator was cracked also, and needed replacing. He said he would cover the cost of this and for us to go ahead and get repaired so we did. We have messaged him with the invoice and tried to contact him hundreds of times over the last mth and he does not answer or reply. Not worth the 1 star. DO NOT TRUST BILALL.
